Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Recall (neverforgetapp.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of Recall, including free and paid subscribers.

2. Description of service

Recall is an AI-powered client memory tool that automatically organises meeting notes by client, enables conversational search across client history, and delivers weekly briefings and pre-meeting alerts. The service is provided on a subscription basis with a free trial period.

3. Accounts and registration

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use Recall. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Recall. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Recall offers a 14-day free trial followed by paid subscription plans (Solo, Pro, and Brokerage). By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• •Use Recall for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• •Share your account credentials with others.
• •Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of Recall.
• •Use Recall to store or transmit malicious code or content.
• •Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from Recall in an automated manner without our permission.
• •Resell or sublicense access to Recall without our written consent.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to Recall, including meeting notes, voice recordings, and client information. By using Recall, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and analyse your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content to Recall, including meeting notes that may contain information about third parties. You must comply with all applicable privacy laws regarding the personal data of your clients.

7. Gmail and Google data

When you connect your Gmail account, you grant Recall permission to read emails from meeting note services to file them as client records. This permission is governed by Google's OAuth system and can be revoked at any time. Our use of Google user data complies with Google's API Services User Data Policy.

8. Intellectual property

Recall and all its components, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Recall without our written consent. The Recall name, logo, and branding are our trademarks.

9. Disclaimers

Recall is provided as is without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Recall is a productivity tool and does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you store in Recall and for any decisions made based on that information.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Recall, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use Recall ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of Recall after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Recall shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
